Статья посвящена исследованию личности первого имама Кавказа шейха Мансура, оценок его исторической роли в разное время и разными авторами, а также современных форм популяризации исторической памяти, используя новые практики коммеморации. The article is devoted to the study of the role of the personality of the first Imam of the Caucasus, Sheikh Mansur, assessments of his historical role at different times and by different authors, as well as modern forms of popularization of historical memory using new practices of commemoration.
