Рассматриваются теоретические и практические проблемы и вызовы реализации и защиты правового статуса граждан в сфере обеспечения обороны и безопасности Российской Федерации. Приведено авторское видение разграничения понятий обороны, безопасности государства, государственной и военной безопасности, защиты Отечества и участия граждан в обеспечении обороны страны и безопасности государства, изложены проблемы его правового регулирования, практики реализации и предложены пути их решения. The article examines theoretical and practical problems and challenges of the implementation and protection of the legal status of citizens in the sphere of ensuring defense and security of the Russian Federation. The author's vision of the distinction between the concepts of defense, state security, state and military security, defense of the Fatherland and the participation of citizens in ensuring the defense of the country and the security of the state is given, the problems of its legal regulation, implementation practices are outlined and ways to solve them are proposed.
