Необходимо ли в досудебном соглашении о сотрудничестве излагать обвинение?
Abstract
В статье анализируется требование процессуального закона описывать в досудебном соглашения о сотрудничестве обстоятельства преступления и указывать нормы Уголовного кодекса РФ, предусматривающие ответственность за вменяемое преступление. Для научного обсуждения формулируются предложения по изменению процессуального закона. This article analyzes the requirement of procedural law to describe the circumstances of the crime in a pre-trial cooperation agreement and to specify the provisions of the Russian Criminal Code that provide for liability for the alleged offense. Proposals for changes to procedural law are formulated for scholarly discussion.
