Abstract

Genomator is a logic-solving approach (SAT solving), which efficiently produces private and realistic representations of the original data. we used the 65K single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) from across the genome as selected by Yelmen et al. (2023) for the 2504 samples in the 1000 Genomes Project (1KGP) (Auton et al. 2015). File information: 65k Dataset was generated with Genomator using the following parameters: N=150 L=0.99 Z=1.5
