Challenges and Champions: Multilingual Communities' Communication during COVID-19

In early 2024, a research team interviewed 85 people from multilingual communities about their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic in Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand, focussing on communication. This short video highlights the main challenges they faced and their responses to these challenges, before concluding with five key recommendations to help improve communication with multilingual communities in future crises.
