A study on Chondroblastic Osteosarcoma based on single-cell and STOmics sequence
Abstract
Chondroblastic osteosarcoma (COS) is insensitive to chemotherapy and lacks effective treatment options. Here, this study used single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) and SpaTial Enhanced REsolution Omics-sequencing (Stereo-seq) to study the tumor microenvironment of chondroblastic osteosarcoma.
