Studies on red-eye traits in guppy
Abstract
Using black-eyed and red-eyed guppy for hybridization experiments, 65 samples of the F2 generation were collected and whole genome resequencing was performed on a DNB sequencing platform at a depth of 10X and bipartite sequencing of 150 bp.
