Phylogenomics and historical biogeography of the genus Nymphaea
Abstract
We conducted extensive field investigations and collections of Nymphaeaceae and their closely related taxa worldwide, gathering a total of 24 samples from 22 Nymphaea species, one Victoria species, two Nuphar species, and one Cabomba species. These 28 samples were used for genome sequencing.
