RNA-seq analysis of Fisetin-treated cervical cancer cells
Abstract
This project aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms of the natural flavonoid Fisetin in cervical cancer cells. High-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to compare the transcriptomic profiles between Fisetin-treated and control groups. Differentially expressed genes were identified and analyzed to predict potential targets of Fisetin.
