Increasing prevalence and expanding diversity of tet(X4)-carrying Salmonella in China
Abstract
This BioProject contains assembled genome sequences from 102 tet(X4)-positive nontyphoidal Salmonella isolates collected through national foodborne disease surveillance in China. It also includes raw sequencing reads from selected representative isolates used for long-read hybrid assembly and plasmid backbone analysis. These data support analyses of temporal trends, bacterial population structure, plasmid diversity, and the dissemination of tet(X4).
