Activation of NGF signaling pathway limits the response of lenvatinib in hepatocellular carcinoma
Abstract
This study identifies a novel NGF associated signaling axis as a key driver of lenvatinib resistance in HCC. These findings offer new insights into NGF-mediated TKI resistance in non-neural tumors and suggest TrkA inhibition as a promising therapeutic strategy for overcoming lenvatinib resistance in clinical practice.
