Transcriptomic Profiling of Salt Stress Responses in Foxtail Millet (Setaria italica) with Contrasting Salt Tolerance
Abstract
RNA-seq analysis of two foxtail millet landraces (salt-tolerant T80 and salt-sensitive T81) under salt stress. Seedlings were treated with 150 mM NaCl. Shoot tissues were collected at 0, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours post-treatment. The study aims to identify key transcriptional changes associated with salt tolerance. Three biological replicates were analyzed for each time point and genotype.
