Transcriptomic Profiling of Parental and Radioresistant Murine Oral Carcinoma Cells
Abstract
This dataset contains RNA sequencing data from paired parental (MOC1) and acquired radioresistant (MOC1-R) murine oral carcinoma cell lines. The MOC1-R cell line was established by subjecting the parental MOC1 cells to fractionated X-ray irradiation (2 Gy per fraction, 30 fractions) to model clinically relevant acquired radioresistance. The goal of this study was to identify transcriptomic alterations and key regulatory pathways associated with the radioresistant phenotype, with a specific focus on genes involved in copper metabolism.
