Host diet may shape bat RNA viromes within geographic and phylogenetic constraints at a global-scale
Abstract
Viral metatranscriptomic sequencing data were used to characterize the viromes of fecal samples from Hipposideros armiger and Myotis pilosus collected in Wuhu, Changsha, and Pu'er, China, and to investigate the diversity and geographic distribution of associated viruses.
