16S rRNA Gene Sequencing of Isolated Strains from Mouse Gut Microbiota Plasmid-Mediated Transfer of Antibiotic Resistance Genes
Abstract
This project investigates isolated strains from the mouse gut microbiota using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data, focusing on elucidating the horizontal transfer mechanism of antibiotic resistance genes mediated by pheromone-responsive plasmids. Raw sequencing files (.fastq.gz) are provided to support findings in related research publications.
