Using hydrogen peroxide to induce an inflammatory model in chondrocyte cell lines (ADTC5), and performing transcriptome sequencing of antioxidant effects with cerium oxide nanoparticles; using a chondrocyte cell line (ADTC5) model and performing transcriptome sequencing of chondrogenesis with Tanshinone IIA.
