Design and Synthesis of Novel Pyrophosphate Bioisosteres Towards Novel KAT6A Inhibitors
Abstract
This thesis develops new chemical structures to block a recently discovered target for cancer treatment. It identifies promising candidates and lays a foundation that is now being advanced through further development. The discoveries also provide new tools that may be valuable in the search for medicines across a broader range of diseases.
