Aromatic Tenacity: A Response-Based Geometry-Encoded Proxy for Aromatic Resilience in Distorted and Topologically Frustrated π-Systems
Abstract
Text introduces a fast, transferable geometry-encoded response descriptor that operationalizes "coherence" as survival under a standardized local disruption on an aromatic ring domain, aiming to provide an immediately usable tool for broad chemical practice. The Supporting Information develops the deeper physical rationale, connecting aromatic tenacity to many-body response channels and phase rigidity (local susceptibility and stiffness in correlated-electron ring models), thereby making explicit the coherence content of the geometric proxy. In this sense, the present paper provides the chemical operational interface that meets naturally with the rigidity/coherence framework, while keeping the benchmark protocol and calibration entirely within the geometry-based layer.
