Abstract

This study explores the regulatory mechanisms of emotionally diverse music in mental health and educational contexts. Through its acoustic features, multisensory integration, and contextual associations, music elicits emotional resonance, enhances vitality, promotes calmness, and facilitates emotional release, helping individuals achieve psychological balance. In educational contexts, music alleviates student stress and enhances emotional resonance by leveraging multisensory coordination and physiological feedback mechanisms, thereby supporting emotional self-regulation. This study reveals music’s positive role in promoting emotional well-being and its significant value for educational applications.
