Sustained Remission in Chronic Recurrent Herpes Zoster Treated at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic: A Classical Homeopathic Case Study
Abstract
Chronic and recurrent herpes zoster poses significant therapeutic challenges, especially in elderly patients with previous treatment failures. This case report documents a long-standing recurrent herpetic dermatosis with severe functional and quality-of-life impairment, managed successfully through individualized classical homeopathic treatment. The patient demonstrated progressive clinical improvement, complete cessation of new eruptions, and sustained remission with residual post-inflammatory pigmentary changes. This case highlights the role of holistic case-taking, constitutional prescribing, and long-term follow-up in chronic viral dermatoses. A definitive clinical transformation was achieved at Dr Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic.
