The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of ESG ratings on the formation of sustainable investment portfolios and determine the extent to which company ratings allow investors to reduce risks and improve the efficiency of money management. The paper examines the methodological features of various ESG rating systems, including the standards of international agencies, as well as their ability to correctly reflect the environmental, social and managerial characteristics of companies.
