Assessment and proposals for eliminating barriers and problem areas in the digitalization of agricultural organizations in the Republic of Belarus
Abstract
An algorithm for identifying and quantifying barriers to digitalization was developed and tested using the Republic of Belarus as an example. An in-depth analysis of the factors identified key issues related to the insufficient implementation of digital solutions in agricultural production management systems, which was used to develop proposals for mitigating these barriers.
