Abstract

This scientific article develops a strategic approach to strengthening the technological security of the agroindustrial complex based on the formation of a model for stimulating local import-substituting exports (SLISE), which is focused on the production of products with high competitive positions, primarily in foreign markets. It has been established that in the conditions of monopolization of global markets for technological solutions, the parameters of technological security are not only material and technical resources, but also technologies for managing functions and processes (production, marketing, logistics, etc.). The practical implementation of the model involves the implementation of commercial technologies in the agroindustrial complex, based on domestic technological solutions with the concentration of capital in knowledge-intensive industries.
