Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed educational environments, offering new possibilities for pedagogical innovation in higher education. In this context, the need arises to integrate generative AI tools, such as GPT models (personalized assistants), into university teaching processes, since these tools allow for personalized instruction, promote student autonomy, and strengthen educational interaction through interactive digital environments. This article aims to determine the influence of using personalized artificial intelligence and interactive digital tools on university student learning. The experimental study focused on the subjects of Descriptive Statistics and Curriculum Design and Programming, with the objective of improving the quality of learning and institutionalizing the appropriate use of AI in professional training, in this case, GPTs. The hypotheses were tested using a pre-experimental design in each of the two subjects of the university program in Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science at the Faculty of Education. At the end of the intervention, a survey was administered to assess the level of satisfaction with the use of GPTs in learning activities. The main conclusion of the research is that the didactic implementation of GPTs significantly influenced the improvement of learning among students of Mathematics and Computer Science, and this was complemented by a 100% student satisfaction level regarding the integration of the tool into classroom activities.
