LITERATURA COMO ESPAÇO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DO SUJEITO
Abstract
This article investigates how literary reading is configured as a space of singular experience of subjectivation, mobilizing a methodological approach based on qualitative cartography and hermeneutics applied to literary reading. The research utilizes Fernando González Rey's Theory of Subjectivity, which emphasizes the production of subjective meanings in the interaction between reader, text, and context, and Roland Barthes' perspective, which approaches reading as a process of rewriting and producing singular meanings. The methodological procedures prioritize the analysis of contemporary literary works based on the relationship between experience, language, and the construction of the subject, combining content analysis with thematic categories charged with symbolic, cultural, and emotional value. Also incorporated are discussions by Zilberman on the tension between individual and social subjectivity in reading acts, as well as experiences inspired by Paulo Freire, who emphasizes the critical role of reading in the formation of the reading subject. The study also utilizes an interdisciplinary hermeneutic analysis based on Larrosa to address the role of literature as a tool for self-perception, cultural critique, and identity formation.
