Abstract

Lu-PSMA-617 therapy, which has demonstrated survival benefits and favorable safety profiles in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. As evidence expands into earlier disease stages, PSMA radiopharmaceutical therapy is emerging as a key systemic treatment modality. The article emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary care and the evolving role of nuclear medicine as both a diagnostic and a therapeutic partner. It also highlights current challenges and regional disparities in access, encouraging thoughtful, patient-centered adaptation of theranostic advances.
