Abstract

This article focuses on the current research status of the application of nanomaterials in 3D printing.Based on existing literature, it deeply analyzes the key mechanisms of nanomaterials such as nanometals, nanoceramics, and nanopolymers in enhancing the strength, functionality such as electrical conductivity and magnetism, and biocompatibility of 3D printed structures, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of nanomaterials in the field of 3D printing. The research results show that the introduction of nanomaterials significantly optimizes the performance of 3D printed products, especially demonstrating broad application prospects in high-value-added fields such as construction materials, biomedicine, and flexible electronics; however, challenges such as the dispersion of nanomaterials, control of printing accuracy, and cost-effectiveness still need to be further overcome. This research provides a theoretical basis and technical reference for the precise application of nanomaterials in 3D printing, which is conducive to promoting the development of high-performance and multifunctional composite materials and meeting the demands of high-end fields such as aerospace and medical implants.
