Abstract

症例は59歳男性．増大する結節影に対し胸腔鏡補助下右S8＋9区域切除術を施行した．手術約1ヵ月後に右肺の虚脱を認めたため胸腔ドレーンを挿入した．ドレナージ後から血痰が出現し，CTでは右肺底部に液面形成を有する肺気瘤を認めたので右肺残下葉切除術を施行した．肺切除術後に持続する気道出血と急速に増大する肺気瘤を認め緊急手術を要した症例を経験した．
