Annotasiya.Bu məqalədə pedaqoji peşə mədəniyyətinin təlim prosesində və müəllim-tələbə münasibətlərində rolu araşdırılır.Müəllimin peşə mədəniyyətini əhatə edən kommunikativ və psixoloji qabiliyyətlərinin tədris mühitinə təsiri təhlil olunur.Məqalədə pedaqoji peşə mədəniyyətinin mahiyyəti, struktur komponentləri və təlim prosesindəki rolu nəzərdən keçirilir.Həmçinin, müəllimin pedaqoji üslubunun, davranışlarının tələbənin təlim motivasiyasındakı əlaqəsi, emosional təhlükəsiz mühitin yaradılması və sosial inkişafı ilə əlaqəsinin əməkdaşlıq və şəxsiyyətlərarası ünsiyyətə təsirinin əhəmiyyəti vurğulanır.Tədqiqatda müəllim-tələbə münasibətlərində peşə mədəniyətinin yaratdığı psixoloji mühitin təlimin səmərəsinə təsiri diqqətə çatdırılır.Araşdırmanın praktik əhəmiyyətini əhatə edən aparılmış anket sorğusu və müşahidə metodu vasitəsilə tələbələrin mövzuya münasibəti öyrənilərək, əldə olunan nəticələr əsasında mövzunun əhatəli təhlili aparılır. The role of pedagogical professional culture in the teaching process and teacher-student relationshipsAbstract.In this article the role of pedagogical professional culture in the teaching process and in teacher-student relationships.The impact of teachers' communicative and psychological competencies is searched, covering professional culture, to the educational medium is analyzed.In the article the essence, structural components of pedagogical professional culture and its role in the teaching process are looked through.As well as the relation of pedagogical style of a teacher, his behavior in learning motivation of a student, formation of emotionally safe medium and the importance of its impact to the collaboration and inter-personal communication with social development are stated.In the study the effect of the psychological medium to the effectiveness of teaching formed by professional culture in teacher-student relationships is taken into account.Questionnaire and observation methods covering the practical significance of the research, students' attitudes toward the topic is studied and on the bases of obtained results the subject is analysed comprehensively.
