A structural and functional model for implementing LegalTech tools in higher legal education
Abstract
The study aims to theoretically substantiate and develop a structural and functional model for integrating LegalTech tools into higher legal education. This article examines the vectors for implementing LegalTech in the training of students majoring in 40.03.01 “Jurisprudence”. Key aspects of the digital transformation of the legal sphere, influencing the structure and content of professional education, are described. The advantages of using electronic legal resources, which enable effective mastery of legal disciplines and the development of necessary competencies, are considered. The scientific novelty of the study lies in defining the content of the components of the model for integrating LegalTech tools into higher legal education. Unlike existing approaches, which reduce the implementation of LegalTech to the episodic use of digital tools, this paper proposes a structural and functional model combining four interrelated components: target-related, methodological, substantive, and organizational-technological. As a result of the study, a structural and functional model for the integration of LegalTech tools was developed, ensuring a systemic, rather than fragmented, modernization of the content and methods of training lawyers in accordance with the challenges of digital transformation.
