Recognition of Trace Quantity of Zinc(II) Ions in Living Cells by Using a Schiff Base and its Application in Anticancer Activity
Abstract
A weakly fluorescent Schiff base, N2O2S coordination, shows emission enhancement on binding with Zn2+ selectively and also strongly anticancer against HeLa Cells and even much better than Cisplatin with very low toxicity.
