Comparative Simulation Analysis of Silver Sulfide, Silver Bismuth Sulfide and Bismuth Sulfide using Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator–One Dimensional (SCAPS-1D)
Abstract
his work is a first comparative Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator–One Dimensional simulation study of Silver Sulfide, Silver Bismuth Sulfide, and Bismuth Sulfide solar cells highlighting the absorber properties of these sulfides and also provides insights into the replacement strategy for cadmium sulfide with non-toxic, environmentally benign and earth-abundant window materials such as tin sulfide and tungsten sulfide.
