PECULIARITIES OF WEAR DEEP-LOOSENER BITS BASED ON THE RESULTS OF OPERATION
Abstract
The article presents studies of wear of deep-loosener bits based on the results of their operation under conditions of high mechanical loads and intense abrasive action of the soil. Using a method of computer measurement based on superimposing an image of a worn part onto an electronic template in the Kompas-3D system, measurements were taken in longitudinal sections and a statistical analysis of the data was performed. It has been established that the distribution of wear and tear follows the normal law, and this indicates the stability of the deep loosening process and the high physical and mechanical properties of the bit steel. The greatest wear is observed in the lower (A4-5) and middle (A3-4) zones of the deepening part, which is due to constant contact with the soil and impact loads. Ways to increase the service life between repairs are proposed, including by strengthening the zone of maximum wear and optimizing soil cultivation technology.
