Abstract

The use of exercises for pedagogical control of technical and tactical readiness of football players during a weekly training cycle was considered. 48 athletes and 8 coaches participated in the experiment. The purpose of the exercises was to improve technical and tactical skills for comparison (in percentage terms) of the following indicators:amount of information received; quality of information received; working memory capabilities; attention index. Each of these indicators gave us the opportunity to take a special approach and determine the application of the control method. An important component was also the establishment of clear goals, development of an action plan and preliminary systematic control of other results. Implementing this method of pedagogical control, we, using the example of the proposed exercises, considered the intermediate level of the player, identified areas for improving the criteria of responsibility and factors affecting the regulation of the emotional state of the football player. Our studies have shown that the above list of exercises is quite effective for determining the level of technical and tactical readiness of football players. It has been established that in the structure of the annual training cycle, the proposed special exercises are a necessary component of pedagogical control to increase the level of technical and tactical preparedness of football players. Exercises are recommended for optimal assessment of the level of technical and tactical preparedness of football players, which most correctly reflect the level of performance of specific tasks. Analysis of the test results indicates the presence of trends towards higher indicators of quick decision-making in the older group, which is probably due to age differences and higher indicators of psychophysical development.
