The impact of sports camps on the development of young footballers
Abstract
Sports camps play a key role in the physical and mental development of children. Nowadays, when children spend more and more time in front of computers or televisions, participation in sports camps can promote the development of healthy habits and mental resilience in young athletes. The results of the study found that sports camps improve children's overall physical fitness, which leads to better performance in everyday life. Thanks to their time at football camps, young athletes gain confidence in their abilities and learn to enjoy small successes, which leads to better well-being and the ability to cope with difficult situations. The results of the study showed that 95% of children improved their football skills, a large number of children (80%) learned new football techniques, and 65% of children showed improvement in discipline and the ability to follow instructions.
