Abstract

The problem of preparing military personnel for professional activity under modern conditions is becoming increasingly relevant. The analysis of literature sources has demonstrated the key role of special physical training in shaping cadets’ professional readiness, particularly in developing endurance, speed-strength qualities, and resilience to psychophysiological loads. Special attention is given to the use of various sports as effective means of developing applied physical and psychophysiological qualities. The aim of the study was to substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of individualized special physical training programs for cadets specializing in «Troop Support». Experimental results showed that in the control group, which trained according to the traditional program, improvements in performance standards were partial. In contrast, the experimental group, where individualized programs were implemented, demonstrated significant improvement across all CBRN defense standards, with the most statistically significant progress observed in speed and coordination-related tasks. The findings confirm the feasibility of introducing individualized special physical training programs into the cadet training system, enabling the targeted formation of professional readiness for actions in complex and hazardous combat conditions.
