Abstract

Workplaces have evolved into complex social ecosystems where professional success is often influenced as much by politics as by performance. These silent undercurrents of power dynamics shape job security, recognition, and psychological safety, turning many offices into battlegrounds of stress and competition. The cardiovascular system is uniquely vulnerable to these invisible pressures, translating emotional conflict into biological harm.
