Abstract

One of the most important trainings required for all trainees in various fields of medical and paramedical education, especially in the field of clinical medicine fundamentals (both pediatric and adult), is the knowledge, awareness, and skill to perform resuscitation operations. In many developed countries, these skills are periodically taught and evaluated. Therefore, we decided to assess all individuals involved in this field and in the pediatric ward of Farhikhtegan Hospital by holding a basic resuscitation training workshop in the form of a pre-test and post-test based on specific and standard questions (adapted from the 2015 American Heart Association Pediatric Resuscitation Guidelines).
