Abstract

Analytical studies of the consequences of the destruction of buildings and structures caused by Russian military aggression are presented. The problems of implementing organizational and technological solutions for clearing territories from the remains of destroyed buildings, sorting accumulated remains of structures and materials, crushing construction scrap and obtaining aggregates for the production of building mixtures and mortars are considered. It was noted that the use of technologies for processing construction waste of reinforced concrete, concrete, expanded clay concrete, brickwork, aerated concrete and foam concrete will allow obtaining aggregates for building mixtures that can be used directly for construction needs. A study of technological projects for the possible use of the obtained recycling products as part of cement concrete for road construction was carried out An analysis of current trends in road construction was conducted and the prospects for the widespread use of concrete made on the basis of mineral binders in construction practice were noted. Technological solutions using cement concrete as an alternative to traditional soft coatings are becoming increasingly popular due to their satisfactory physical and mechanical characteristics, resistance to temperature fluctuations, and durability of operation under conditions of intensive traffic loads. The results of research into the projected volumes of construction waste generated as a result of the destruction of residential buildings built according to typical design solutions during the era of mass construction are presented. The distribution of secondary resources by manufacturing materials is presented and their volumes are calculated for each type of building design series. It is noted that the waste residues of construction scrap after the implementation of recycling technologies can be reused in areas cleared of destroyed objects for the manufacture of construction products and as components of cement concrete for road construction. The formulation and technological parameters for the production of building mixtures using fine and coarse aggregates obtained using the technologies of recycling scrap concrete and reinforced concrete are proposed. The presence of residues of unhydrated mineral binders on the surface of filler particles has been established, which can be additional intensifiers of the structure formation of the composite material and will also provide an increase in the physical and mechanical characteristics of manufactured products and structures. Studies of the physical and mechanical properties of cement concrete samples using aggregates obtained from recycled construction scrap products were conducted. Promising directions for using the obtained effective raw materials for the construction of structural layers of road surfaces are proposed.
