ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ПРЕДИКТОРИ РЕЗИЛЬЄНТНОСТІ ОСОБИСТОСТІ
Abstract
Abstract. Relevance. Given the importance of resilience as a key factor in post-traumatic well-being, which is necessary to ensure the use of a person's personal capabilities for recovery after adverse conditions, it is necessary to take into account those factors that influence its course, strengthening or weakening the recovery capabilities. In particular, these scientists include factors at the individual and family level, factors at the level of the work team/team, and social factors. The purpose of the study is to determine psychological predictors of individual resilience. 120 people took part in the study: 60 men and 60 women. The age of the subjects is 19 - 75 years. The results. When resilience increases by 1 point, the level of psychological health (according to psychodiagnostic indicators) increases by 0.41 points, that is, it can be considered a key positive predictor of an individual's mental health. People with a higher level of resilience are more likely to maintain emotional well-being, inner balance and psychological stability. The only significant predictor of resilience was the level of subjectively experienced stress (β = –0.388, p = 0.003), i.e. with an increase in the subjective perception of stress by 1 point, the level of resilience decreases (on average by 0.388 points). The reason may be that the very fact of experiencing a traumatic event or its subjective intensity is not a key factor that reduces the level of stress resistance, if there is no high level of current stressful experiences. That is, the actual perception of stress, and not the retrospective assessment of the traumatic impact, acts as a decrease in resilience. Conclusions. In the subjective experience of a traumatic event, stress and level of anxiety do not have an independent prognostic value, but act reinforcingly as additional factors. The most significant predictor of resilience can be considered the level of subjective perception of stress, since the higher the stress, the lower the psychological resilience.
