Non-mass lesions on breast ultrasound: why does not the ACR BI-RADS breast ultrasound lexicon add the terminology?
Abstract
乳房超音波（ultrasound：US）画像上の非腫瘤性病変の用語は，臨床的管理を明確に規定して乳房US画像を解釈する医師および超音波検査技師を支援する目的で日常診療に用いる．乳房画像研究の分野では，乳房USで同定された非腫瘤性病変を表す一貫した標準化用語が必要であり，これは特に良性病変と悪性病変を鑑別する際に重要である．医師および超音波検査技師は用語の有用性と限界を認識し，適正に用語を使用すべきである．次版のBreast Imaging Reporting and Data System（BI-RADS）の用語集には乳房USで検出された非腫瘤性病変を表す標準化用語が収録されることを期待している．
