Performance Evaluation Method for Magnetic Levitation System Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS Method
Abstract
Magnetic levitation technology has significant characteristics of green environmental protection, economic efficiency, and low energy consumption, and has become an important direction for the development of modern rail transit. Its research core lies in continuously improving the comprehensive performance of the suspension system. However, the current indicators used to evaluate the performance of suspension systems generally have a large number, scattered structure, and weak correlation with each other, making it difficult to form systematic and scientific evaluation conclusions. To address this issue, a comprehensive evaluation method for suspension system performance based on entropy weight TOPSIS method was innovatively constructed from the root of the problem, and a multi-level evaluation index system was established to comprehensively reflect the key characteristics of the suspension system. Objectively calculate the weight allocation of evaluation indicators at each level by processing and calculating the values of each indicator; Finally, the TOPSIS method is used to calculate the proximity of the ideal solution and determine the level of performance evaluation. On this basis, a dedicated suspension system performance evaluation software was further developed using MATLAB APPdesigner, achieving automation and visualization of the evaluation process. To rigorously verify the effectiveness of the method, dynamic operation experiments were conducted on maglev trains as experimental objects. The final experimental data and analysis results fully demonstrate that the established performance evaluation method based on entropy weight TOPSIS can objectively and accurately quantify the comprehensive performance of the suspension system, significantly improving the scientificity of suspension system state evaluation and optimization decision-making, and providing strong theoretical support and practical tools for the engineering performance experimental verification of maglev technology.
