Abstract

This study delves into the energy consumption issues of subway systems, analyzing the energy consumption composition and influencing factors of subway trains from multiple perspectives. It proposes a comprehensive energy-saving strategy system based on modern control theory and data-driven methods. The key aspects of the research include: (1) constructing an energy consumption analysis model for subway trains to quantitatively assess various influencing factors; (2) innovatively integrating statistical algorithms with signal system optimization; (3) developing data-driven train operation control strategies. Through theoretical analysis and practical case studies, the proposed energy-saving solution has achieved a 16.7% reduction in overall energy consumption on a specific subway line, saving approximately 40 million yuan in annual electricity costs. The findings provide significant technical references for the green and low-carbon development of urban rail transit.
