Research and Application of Energy-Saving Strategies of Integrated Central Control Unit
Abstract
ICCU(The Integrated Central Control Unit) achieves a deep integration of vehicle control functions and signaling train control functions on a single hardware platform. This paper conducts feasibility studies on energy-saving strategies for train operation, introducing energy-saving strategies such as multiple traction and coasting during cruising phases and optimal power motor allocation during cruising. Appropriate traction-coasting energy-saving strategies are selected for application on the ICCU, and the resulting energy-saving effects on the traction energy consumption of the ICCU-equipped train are validated and analyzed.
