Abstract

Targeting the abilities required for future job positions, a targeted system design is carried out in the process of talent cultivation in higher education institutions. The teaching methods of various theoretical and practical courses are improved in a reverse driven manner to enhance teaching effectiveness and improve students’ comprehensive abilities, laying a foundation for their future progress and development in the workplace. This article focuses on the cultivation of skills required for employment positions in the field of robotics engineering. By analyzing the current job demands of the robotics profession, four core job competencies are identified. Based on this, a practical course system for the robotics engineering profession is constructed, and an evaluation method based on paired sample t-tests and achieved results is designed to verify the effectiveness of the practical course system. Practice has shown that cultivating students with job skills as the center can improve their learning enthusiasm, innovative practical ability, and employment competitiveness.
