Construction of TASQ Model for Quality Evaluation of SCM Talents Under the Background of AI

With the development of artificial intelligence, the quality demand of supply chain talents is reconstructed, and it is transformed into four directions: technology compound type, data analysis type, man-machine collaboration ability with full link insight of supply chain and innovative thinking ability. Based on the practice of enterprises, this paper puts forward the “TASQ model” of logistics talents quality, clarifies the key points of logistics quality demand, and combines Barney’s (1991) resource-based theory and selects multiple linear regression analysis method to verify the model. This article points out that enterprises need to maintain supply chain competitiveness through more comprehensive, systematic and forward- looking talent development programs in the context of artificial intelligence development.
