Abstract

In response to the problems such as the suppression of the innovation ecosystem and resource misallocation faced by the railway engineering major in the process of integrating professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper takes the “Intelligent Track Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Device” project of Wuhan Railway Vocational College of Technology as an example to explore the empowerment mechanism of the China International College Students Innovation Competition for the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Through various research methods, a four-dimensional driving model of “technological innovation-curriculum reconstruction-school-enterprise cooperation-ability improvement” is proposed to achieve technological upgrading, curriculum innovation, complementary school-enterprise resources and the development of students’ abilities. The research results show that the output of student achievements is 8 to 12 times that of similar colleges and universities, and a “three-stage nine-dimensional” ability system has been formed. Empirical analysis shows that students’ core abilities have significantly improved. This model provides a good reference for breaking through the difficulties faced in the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship, achieving a closed-loop connection between the competition field, classroom and workplace, and providing a development path for similar colleges and universities.
