Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous development of smart ports, the construction of navigation workboat terminals has placed higher demands on digital collaboration and intelligent management. This study, based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and advanced techniques, constructs a collaborative building management platform. Within this platform, a core system module cluster integrating 3D modeling, schedule control, quality inspection, and data collaboration has been established. At the same time, in order to better promote efficient interaction between tasks and information, the platform adopts a dual-stream drive coordination solution. It is worth mentioning that, to ensure real-time matching between construction data and models, the platform integrates real-time monitoring, intelligent early warning, and mobile feedback mechanisms to improve efficiency. Based on empirical analysis of public building scenario datasets from previous years, the system has achieved significant progress in efficiency, stability, and user satisfaction. During the project research process, the platform architecture primarily achieves a deep integration of model-driven decision-making and task linkage, thereby enabling seamless collaboration among multiple participants. In addition, the system enhances visualized supervision and intelligent scheduling, which significantly reduces communication latency and further decreases construction risks. At the same time, it is commendable that the system exhibits excellent scalability, and such flexibility facilitates its application in other marine engineering and smart port construction projects. This interdisciplinary approach provides new ideas for digital construction management, and the system’s stable performance lays a technical foundation for the intelligent development of future maritime and port engineering projects.
