Design and Practical Application of Intelligent Glasses in Oilfield Stations – Design and Theoretical Verification of AR Glasses Application System for Intelligent Inspection of Oil Field Stations
Abstract
In the digital transformation of oilfields, unmanned stations encounter systemic risks, including expanded equipment management blind spots and delayed emergency responses. This study develops a smart glasses system grounded in mixed reality, facilitating comprehensive lifecycle management of station equipment. It accomplishes this by integrating multi-source heterogeneous data and employing dynamic environmental perception technologies. An intelligent terminal that integrates binocular SLAM positioning, multimodal interaction, and knowledge graph-based decision-making was developed using twelve core equipment types from the Changqing Oilfield as experimental subjects. Experimental results demonstrate that the system enhances equipment anomaly detection accuracy to 93.6%, decreases individual inspection duration by 41.7%, and reduces emergency response time to 28% of its original value. The study reveals that each station can achieve annual operational and maintenance cost reductions amounting to 4.4 million yuan, thereby establishing a technological blueprint for the extensive integration of industrial-grade wearable technologies within the energy industry. *CORRIGENDUM on final page*
