Advanced Magnetic-Integrated Multi-Trap LCL Filter: Optimization for Harmonic Suppression in Low-Power Avionics Systems
Abstract
The stable operation of the UAV power supply system is critical for tasks like aerial photography and inspection. High-frequency PWM technology improves efficiency but introduces harmonic interference, reducing system stability. Traditional UAV power supply system design relies on physical testing, which is costly, time-consuming, and unable to cover diverse operating conditions. This study employs MATLAB/Simulink to construct a full-link simulation model of the power supply system, encompassing battery, motor, energy management, and harmonic suppression modules. Through multi-condition simulations, the impact of different power configurations and control strategies on system performance is analyzed. Results demonstrate that the constructed model accurately simulates the dynamic characteristics of the power supply system: the harmonic suppression rate exceeds 99.5% at key frequencies (e.g., 2fsw and 4fsw), voltage fluctuation is controlled within ±4%, battery energy utilization is increased by 12%, and the volume is reduced by 32% compared to traditional design schemes. This work provides technical support for the efficient design and harmonic suppression of UAV power supply systems
